Ever tried peanuts with black coffee? If not you should, it's surprisingly delicious.

How do salted peanuts and sugar coated peanuts compare?

I've only tried it with salty peanuts, the fat and salt go well with the coffee, I imagine adding sugar would taste good as well.

You put it in the coffee or just eat them together? It might actually be a good idea. Peanuts and coffe beans must be quite close related

don't try it. it creates mustard gas

I just eat them together with the coffee, the ratio needs to be quite right for the flavors to compliment eachother. It works with peanut butter as well. So you can have a peanut butter sandwich with black coffee, the fat and salt helps to make the coffee milder but also gives it more of a well rounded and deeper taste.

You could probably make a mixed drink but I haven't figured out the proportions yet.

I would imagine coffee with sweetened peanuts by the side would work quite well. Especially if you have black Turkish coffee and sweets contrasting each other, Balkan style.

So, in a bowl with cold coffee? Is this the new power breakfast?
