BBQ pitmasters are lower than bakers in my book. Neither requires cooking ability. Just take a thing and stick it in a thing that cooks for a predetermined amount of time at a predetermined temperature. Bakers get an extra point because they know how to make artistic designs on the food. Pitmasters just tear it into a pile of slop and “bone apple teeth”
