My local HEB still closes at 11pm when it used to stay open until 12am. My local Walmart used to be open for 24 hours, all night long.

What gives? Where did those jobs go to? The virus is already gone or controlled, why isn't walmart open for 24 hrs?

The most annoying part is diners refusing to allow you inside to eat. Fuck those places. Some don't even let you walk inside to pay. They treat you like vermin.

NO it's actually 2 hours because it used to open at 6am and now it opens at 7am. 2 hours less for people shopping, 2 hours less for labor. it doesn't make rational sense and it's crazy.
