I highly encourage you all to eat raw meat. Especially pork products. You should eat a lot of pork raw for a long time and then switch to chicken. Definitely get a lot of beef in but make sure you have taken the time to eat a lot of delicious pork. Then switch to chicken, after you have spent a lot of time eating beef and especially raw pork. Not before.
