It's the same idea as something like adding an anchovy to a pasta sauce.
You aren't really going to taste the marmite, just a boost to the savory flavor.

Had some leftover ground chicken from making sausages so I cooked it up with a vaguely mexican spice mix and green chilies that were fixing to go bad. Mixed in some rice and steamed spinach.
0/10 appearance

Sloppa, but pretty good sloppa. Also I made some kinda weird pineapple custard with some eggs that were getting kinda sus and will have that after my post meal smoke and gin tonic.

I would do unspeakable things to that bowl of sloppa. My mom used to put cream of mushroom in her meatloaf and make a gravy for it out of cream of mushroom and milk. It was amazing, and this looks similar.

Nice. I did some a month ago where I hung it in my smoker and hit it with chestnut wood smoke for an hour before letting it dry. What's your marinade? I use 4 parts soy sauce, 1 part worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic/hot peppers ground into a paste.

I made American Goulash because I haven’t had that in years. Followed Chef John’s recipe, except I used ground bison instead of beef. It’s ok, but I’d rather just make regular chili, or Hungarian goulash.
