If you want to never eat at a Chinese restaurant again, go find your local health inspection records online through the city or county health department. Lots of restaurants will have minor infractions that are no big deal. Chinese restaurants always have major violations. I don't know how other counties do it, but where we live, you won't see a failed inspection show up in the records. If a place fails, they'll give them two weeks to correct the problem and then do a reinspection. The reinspection will show up in the records. Chinese restaurants always have multiple reinspections during the year.

im calling out the chinksects because liangshi(?) and co often have multiple cameras working at the same time, as can be seen by the seamless angle transitions. and they have zero shaky cam footage, which is impossible outside a studio environment or professional gyro mounts. the editing work is as far as im aware also always professional, i dare you to tell me random rural chink roasties are on such a level.
