Let's start in Cleveland. We'll drop by the westside market and have something fresh and wonderful for breakfast. Lunch is at Corky and Lenny's where you'll get some pastrami that kicks NYC's ass. You'll get some badass pickles they make in house in a bucket at the table. If you're still drunk and wandering the German Village, G Michael's is fancy and Barcelona are both fancy and wonderful, but I suggest the Thurman Cafe -- I don't know how they make burgers the size of your head that are delicious, but they do.Dessert? And oops, forgot Schmidt's Sausage Haus in Columbus' German Village. Staple for over 125 years. Cream Puffs that are amazing, get a bahama mama sausage while you're there. Also in the Village is a place called Skillet for breakfast which has amazing soft shelled crabs and waffles when in season. Columbus. It's a shit hole in the middle of the state (I live there, can attest to it) and being in the middle means we're closest to coops both north and south.

Covid has taken our best coop, the clintonville one, but we have plenty of legit farmer's markets available that aren't just reselling mexican produce. Columbus probably has the highest number of independent grocery stores I've seen in the state, although Cinci has better produce in general (thanks Jungle Jim's).

While you can eat it cold like that, the true way it's meant to be eaten is after it's been in the box for a bit. That way the cheese melts just a bit from the steam. The sauce is also more acidic than normal pizza sauce which helps cut through the fuller flavor of the provolone cheese they use. The crust is also super crispy and airy on the inside, while still having a chew. I've never been to DiCarlos specifically, Wally's is my pizza place of choice
