Made the brownies with condensed milk and powdered, which is perhaps the brownies I've ever tasted, maybe even the best cake ever.

I've used the pancake recipe which is good, although I don't think it is his.

The cold-rise pizza is also good, but doubt it's really his.

Only thing I have tried is making baked potato mashed potato and cooking them the way he did in the goose dinner video. Both were ok, honestly did not really taste a massive difference in baking the potatoes before mashing desu

I've made his honey mustard chicken, fried chicken (though that one is really basic and I changed it a bit), mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes. I liked them all. His method for mashed potatoes where you mix russets and smaller potatoes and his method for making mac and cheese with half American cheese are now my default methods for making those. I want to make more of his recipes because they focus on being easy for a home cook while still being delicious. I find his videos about "science" topics boring though.
