What I remember as Chinese food growing up as a young kid in Hong Kong

>fried chicken feet
>pig uterus noodles
>fried rice with pork knuckle gristle
>unidentifed fish balls on a stick
>boiled dog meat

Americans have no idea how bad it really is. No one in china knows what the fuck beef and broccoli is or sweet and sour pork. Chinese food is disgusting. Literally the worst parts to eat of any animal. Makes sense because chinks are the race of humans closest to animals. This old chinese couple I'm friends with often orders from a restaurant and gives me a box. Their pai gu rice, however you spell it, always has bone shards. The chinese couple always tells me it's normal, so I don't know what the fuck is wrong with chinks. It still tastes good but it's such a pain in the ass to eat. A lot of Chinese dishes are absolutely filled with (literally) inedible shit.
Sichuan cuisine is a step above the rest with the spices and wild peppercorns but that can't really compare to the heft and savory perfection of many Mexican dishes. It's a tough decision only because of how good sichuan hotpot is, other than that Mexican food wins hands down.
