I'm scared I'm gonna get sick bros.
I just finished eating rice, steamed broccoli, and two baked tilapia filets that I made. I've been eating this meal for months. I always just throw the fish right into the convection oven straight outta the freezer for 16 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit. When I started doing this, I would measure the temp and make sure the fish was above 145 Fahrenheit, and it was usually above 155. Well my grocery store changed brands of frozen tilapia, and this kind smelled really fishy and had way more off white color while still frozen. I cooked it for the usual time, but now I'm worried I might get sick because the cooked fish was way less flaky, more translucent than I'm used to, and just felt soggier to eat. I measured the temp of the larger filet and got ~155 F, but still all the other signs are putting me on alert. Am I going to get sick?

Nah. If someone whips his dick out on my plate I'm doing to be upset about it, regardless of whether the dick is the star component of the dish. Phrasing your complaint in this way betrays the fact that you simply don't like one of the ingredients and are trying to pass off your dislike as something more sophisticated than picky eating.
