The plastic bottle shit is nasty though. I have found legitimately vintage plastic containers from before I was born on my property. Its frustrating but I am also guilty of having shittons of plastic shit (even though I dont buy bottled water/drinks in general and I reuse plastic food containers for other things like planter pots)

I pick up garbage when I camp and take it out with me whenever possible. No reason not to, I want my camping spaces to not be full of human refuse, just nature. My hand rolled cigarette butts do not take 10 years to degrade though, it's literally just some paper and plant matter. Pack cigarettes last longer because of the cotton filter, which absorbs nicotine and can be harmful to dumb birds who pick them apart for nest fill.
