I'd rather see a video of you sticking eggs to a teflon pan and I'm not going to waste my time cooking an egg for you, but here's a guy who gets the job done, as does every cook at waffle house every day.

Don't move protein around constantly like a fucking spaz and it won't stick
My gf does this, she pushes the eggs around without much thought and leaves practically half the egg stuck to the pan

Cooked three eggs on a non stick skillet and they didn’t stuck.

Scrambled on bowl and added then onto buttered hot skillet. Left it alone until I did that roll thing.

K...

It works, BUT how do I scramble the eggs ON the pan? With me they ALWAYS stick like that.

So you can make an omelet but not scrambled eggs? I think your nonstick pan might just be busted dude, if you get the pan hot and add butter you can even make scrambled eggs with a plain stainless steel skillet. If teflon is performing worse than that something is terribly wrong, you probably scratched the shit out of the coating or something.

>>16184915
It does make sticking more likely, but you kinda have to push the eggs around for scrambled eggs. That's the point. It's still fine in my experience as long as the pan starts out hot enough.

1. Use stainless steel

2. Heat a small amount of fat in pan, i use evoo because its what i have on hand, its not even high smokepoint i dont think but thatd be a good idea.

2 contd-- heat fat in pan over medium hewt, fully coat the pan and wait 30 seconds to a minute. Swirl pan to redistribute oil if parts of the pan arent covered, before pouring eggs in pan.

3. Work fast. Scrambled takes the least amount of time, less than a minute and as fast as 15-20 seconds. Omelet takes msybe a minute or two. Sunny side up takes the longest with the least amount of being hurried

Recently got a stainless steel pan and struggled a few times early on to figure out how to make the pan nonstick and this method is it. Its similar to seasoning cast iron, which is what makes cast iron nonstick

stainlrss steel pan rec is all clad. Lifetime warranty iirc. I had the 10 inch and returned it and got a 12 inch instead. The 10 inch is great, way lighter than the 12 inch so for many people it probably is very well suited. I went with the 12 inch because it came with a lid, which the 10 inch didnt, for only 20 bucks extra.

Its important to remember the base of the pan isnt the measurement advertised, its the diameter of the exterior. The base slopes inwards. On the 10 inch the base is approx 6 inches.

I wanted a bigger pan because the 10 inch felt a little crowded to me. Others might feel differently
