Apples are overrated. Virtually all other kinds of fruit are soft and delicious, like a well ripe mango, but apples are brittle and crunchy. Their skin gets stuck in your teeth and the seeds are toxic.

You don't just get acid reflux from eating a food, you have it and then certain foods worsen it. Apples are quite acidic so it's not strange.
