Because I'm an American and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that 99% of us would devour that breakfast like it was our last meal, it's just that we typically think of American breakfast foods like cereals, pancakes, waffles, breakfast sausage and bacon. Beans for breakfast is stupid and makes no sense. Tomato sauce beans are the worst beans, then you have a regular tomato too, so you're doubling on tomato flavor, idiotic. Black pudding is pure garbage from ever coneivable standpoint.
Remove the beans and black pudding, and you have a solid breakfast. I personally would make a side omelette to put the chopped up mushrooms and tomato into.
