Not really. In general fish is healthy but fish sticks aren't sold 'mackarel' sticks, 'herring sticks' or 'tuna sticks' for a reason. They are a byproduct from fish production, all the bits of various fish that are still edible but aren't good for fillets, canned fish, and such, ground up, mixed with stabilizers, coloring, preservatives, thickeners, then passed into a machine that shits out 'sticks', breaded and flash-fried. Lowest tier of fish product. Same class as chicken nuggets and spam, except fish. Still all the good stuff found in fish, but mixed with excessive amounts of chemistry.
