I selected coconut oil because it's a decent high saturated fat oil with the staying power to keep you full as a breakfast, unlike other kinds of oils, it actually makes you energetic. It's the difference between cheap olive oil and good olive oil on pasta. It doesn't provide anything but the oil necessary, the flavor comes from sugar, wheat, salt, and malliard from frying. If you are obsessed with based beans or raped oils you can chug that shit to your hearts content as well. But for the best donut, I chose the best oil for frying a pastry dough, it's objectively coconut oil.
