I like it more than peanut butter on toast, but maybe it's just because of all the sugar.

it's so good but I can only eat perhaps 2 spoonfuls before feeling sick

Obviously delicious. I use a powdered peanut butter with 90% fat removed, combined with 0% Greek yogurt to make a superior low calorie nut spread

Put it on toast, it's great, especially with jam. Love when the jam mixes with it between two crispy toasts. Mmmmm.

Unfortunately, it also kills you because of the sugar overload. Even the least sugary jam they sell in the markets here has like 34% sugar.

It's literally just sugar

>> No.16136376

What do you use this stuff on? I bought a little jar and put it on crackers and bread and it was fine. A little dry though because as an American I didn't just slather my whole piece of bread with it.

It requires toast, a good crusty artisan bread sliced thickly, and well toasted. Wait for the toast to cool a bit, because the heat will melt the spread to a near liquid consistency. It is also good on dark wheat, or an egg bagel.
