What is the best way to clog my arteries and induce a heart attack? Cooking eggs in bacon grease is a good start

instead of having cold pizza for breakfast in the morning, make a savory custard and french toast the pizza to heat it back up. pan should be greased with the bacon grease you've clarified and have resting in a coffee mug in the fridge.
for lunch, a BLT. gotta replenish the grease mug. use a 1:1 ratio of seasoned bacon grease and mayo on your bread before putting down a fried egg, a 1mm slice of tomato, a single slice of lettuce (gotta get those veggies in amirite) and half a pound of bacon.
for dinner, we're taking a half pound of bacon and frying it up on the stove top. you can use this to fry some chicken strips and then make a nice chicken gravy from the leftover grease. make sure to drain some off, you only need about a quarter cup of grease for the gravy. be sure to use heavy cream, and plenty of salt when you season the gravy. we're having this on loaded mashed potatoes with bacon, sour cream, chives, cheddar cheese, and plenty of butter and heavy cream.
if you still feel like dessert, a nice home made custard with an italian meringue topping would probably be pretty good i guess. maybe with a side of candied bacon.

actually, there is a lot of good cholesterol (or hdl) in eggs which counteracts the bad cholesterol rendered bacon gresse, while bad cholesterol clogs your vein hdl (clean) them up. I ironically you should stop eating eggs and other food with good cholesterol.

Cook eggs in cream.

Start with 2 raw eggs in a nonstick with around a 1/3c - 1/2c of cream, and turn that sucker on high. Season with salt and pepper. A tiny pinch of nutmeg wouldn't be bad either.

The cream will cook the eggs, but then reduce until it breaks, to it's naturally buttery state, leaving you with cream poached/fried eggs.

In a similar vein, a splash of half and half or cream in your milk with certain cereal is simply fantastic. I'd recommend with golden grahams specifically.

Have another idea. For grilled cheese, make a lil bechamel beforehand and chill it. Smear it on the inside of your sandwich before grilling it for extra richness. There's also a grilled cheese trick where you can get crusty cheese on the outside of the sammy by simply using a nonstick and putting some between the sandwich and pan, preferably after you've gotten the inner cheese melted a bit, so you don't have burnt cheese on the outside and hard cheese in the middle.

Sure, you put bacon fat in your eggs, but how about you save a bunch of it and substitute half the butter in a biscuits recipe with some and smother them in chorizo sausage gravy? Or 1/3 of the butter in a chocolate chip cookie recipe - Use bacon fat to make homemade white chocolate, bacon, and dehydrated banana (not the banana chips, the semi-soft chunks) cookies.

Put bacon fat in your hollandaise to replace some of the clarified butter (you really don't have to clarify it either). Maybe stabilize with a pinch of xanthan.

Make Eggs Benedict with bacon biscuits, cream poached eggs, and bacon hollandaise and shout nigger in the hood

Conclusions Advice to substitute polyunsaturated fats for saturated fats is a key component of worldwide dietary guidelines for coronary heart disease risk reduction. However, clinical benefits of the most abundant polyunsaturated fatty acid, omega 6 linoleic acid, have not been established. In this cohort, substituting dietary linoleic acid in place of saturated fats increased the rates of death from all causes, coronary heart disease, and cardiovascular disease. An updated meta-analysis of linoleic acid intervention trials showed no evidence of cardiovascular benefit. These findings could have important implications for worldwide dietary advice to substitute omega 6 linoleic acid, or polyunsaturated fats in general, for saturated fats.

Making myself hungry too desu. Just hit 30 after working in french american places for like 15 years, put on a bunch of lb during covid since I wasn't working as much, and for the past two weeks I've been not drinking (usually 1/2 of a fifth in a night, no problem), working out, and eating salad. Americanized french cooking is motherfuckin unhealthy, all cream and butter baby.

I would fucking kill for a double shack burger and some tequila rn.

Yeah, your example is called anecdotal evidence. The studies come with probabilities. Not everyone gets heart disease eating badly. But it raises the risk in most of the people. You can't really know if it raises the risk for you, meaning one individual. But if you like to gamble, it's your health.

actually the fact they ate eggs might have something to do with it , as it was pointed out eggs do have "artery cleaning " cholesterol in them so if you eat enough of them it will counteract the bad cholesterol you consume.

My favorite snack/meal in my 20s was bacon, eggs cooked in bacon grease, layered together in a bowl with shredded cheese on top, then I'd pour the leftover hot bacon grease over the top to melt the cheese. Any leftover grease was then used to braise some skin-on chicken thighs.

important to keep in mind this is not a one off virtually all clinical trials (to my knowledge) testing the diet heart hypothesis (dietary saturated fat causing heart disease) have disproven it yet interestingly the results were hidden from the public for decades

Okay.
I've had hemmoroids for at least two to three years now.
Last week was the worst it's ever been because I've been on a diet of hand mixer ice cream. 1.5 liters of whipping cream (33% fat) plus a can of condensed milk.
Even if I eat a little bit I get an immense flare up. So I guess drinking straight cream with condensed milk will do something bad.

Luckily I've managed to find a cure for it too because of how bad it's been.
