The editing is good. I think his team do a good job with what they're working with. I like Matty, I like the random nature of the show. He wants to cook what he wants to cook and he's making a "real" cooking show.

Just a Dash is pretty loose and done under lock down so yeah, its rough and ready. I struggled with the amount of his DNA that seems to find it's way into those dishes but they all looked wholesome af.
