It's been a while, can we have an honest to goodness hot sauce thread for a change?

I'm developing a recipe, I still need to find the proper doses but I feel like sharing it
>Ferment halved chili peppers in a 5% salt solution for 1 week
>Drain the chilis but save a little bit of the liquid, blend until smooth
>Add beer (One that does not taste too bitter) and a lot of sugar to a saucepan, boil until it's reduced to 1/3 of the initial volume
>Mix the beer reduction with the chili sauce, add a pinch of salt and you're done

I like steaming green beans and finishing them in a pan with garlic, sesame seeds and this sauce

>> No.16120818

I don't like the big chunks of shit in aardvark. I want a nice smooth sauce, not a salsa or a chutney.

LMFAO at the tranny janny that deleted my hot soy shitpost

I unironically ordered a sampler pack of vark sauce because of /ck/. The titular sauce seems like a spicy ketchup. I haven't tried the Jamaican or black bean marinades that came with it yet.
