For me, it's sunflower seeds fried in olive oil/butter and salt

Sunflower seeds are actually kinda gross. They taste like sunflower oil
You can buy the sunflower kernels that have been pre split and if you have a mouthful or plamful you really taste them. One by one are fine though.

I prefer pepitas. They aren't great in handfuls either but theyre nicer to eat overall and I don't feel like I'm eating oil when eating them.
