I'm English. I love Polish food and Polish ingredients but I don't always eat them according to anything but my whims.

I had sausage with horseradish mustard on bread with proper brined gherkins. The other piece of bread I had curd cheese and more gherkin. To my mind all these things are familiar to an Englishman as well as a Pole, except the direct mix of horseradish and mustard perhaps.
