Heard about these in college. Finally found one recently. It was OK. OK enough that I still buy them occasionally over a marzipan Ritter Sport.

The chocolate they use in these is fucking disgusting. I liked them a lot when I was a kid but idk if the quality got worse or my sense of taste got better. I can only tolerate about 2 slices before they start to make me nauseous

My smooth, child brain thought these were actual chocolate dipped oranges and kept them in the fridge. I thought the fruit dried up and disappeared when I started eating the thing. Also, I fucking hate how small the slices are. You can fit a slice in your mouth and chew through it in two bites

The chocolate has gotten less melty, and the chocolate middle bit is smaller, it also falls apart way more easily, and costs less. I suspect they changed how it was manufactured to capitalise on increased sales. They're still good, but not quite as good as they used to be.
