I do not eat beefburgers.

I just use brioche because I know for sure they won't mold. Why does brioche keep so much better than regular bread anyway?

Also I'm still mentally a fatass so I love how they taste.

Yeah, a dude and his wife opened the deli and I guess he used to work in some fancy pants fine dining restaurant and quit to open this place. shortly after opening it his wife passed away so now he runs it with his remaining family and they are the sweetest people ever. They are packed every day and dont make you feel rushed to order, the atmosphere is that of a small cozy New York restarunt where everyone always seems happy. One of my favorite places to eat if you cant tell.
