Chicken is the most overrated of meats. It's bland and dry, especially cuts like the breast. Is it any coincidence that the most popular ways to serve chicken involve breading it and frying it, and/or drenching it in sauce or soup or gravy/curry? I think not. It's utility is to be a protein shovel for carrying other flavors into your mouth. It doesn't really stand on it's own.

Every restaurant and mother that has cooked me p*Rk gives me this dry shit with awful seasoning and it's happened so many times I've come to the conclusion that it's the meat itself.
