Anyone know a good burger place in South Florida? Everyone says Shake shack is just eh mid tier burger but I've tried just about everything popular in South Florida and nothing has come close to Shake Shack burger.

jack's old fashion in pompano beach is excellent. don't expect anything fancy but just a truly awesome old diner style burger.

Just tried shake shack for the first time (UK). It's better than most burger chains but not worth the cost. £8 burger, £6 shake. Ludicrous.

If you want a traditional burger then you cannot fucking beat Lokal. That being said, >>16045098 is on the right track. If you're in soflo you should get a frita (picrel), El Rey De Las Fritas makes some really fucking good ones. It's like a Cuban style burger with potato sticks on it. Lokal also serves one with guava paste but I haven't tried it.
For the record, I once got sick eating at one of the Shake Shacks here but power to you if you can handle that overly greasy sloppa

Charm City Burger company in Deerfield is the best burger place in all of florida. great quality and the price is crazy. $9 get you a burger with double every topping
