I mean, if that's your only sodium intake throughout the entire day and you just crack 3 eggs in every bowl, yea

>>16000387
doubt it anon, the refined carbs aren't of much benefit

Just drink a lot of water to dissolve the sodium. Sodium is good for you if you also drink water.

It's not food man, it's obviously not going to have better results than eating veggies and protein.

I went from 210 lbs to 175 eating taco bell or ramen for nearly every meal just counting calories and drinking vodka, no exercise. I then quit drinking, went vegan (switched to soy flavored missing ramen), and started running everyday. I sit at 132 lbs. The whole process began in spring 2019

you can see here this person has brain damage, seems like it is temporal but i think it is frontal lobe since this behaviour is poorly thought of due to excessive reliance on others and completely disregards the effects it will have on this persons future. this behaviour they are describing is that of an alcholic which is how you get liver problems and digestive issues such as crohn's disease. unsure gender so could be overweight or underweight. if you did eat like this you would be in the hospital for cholesterol related issues. some people who misread or do not understand the newscast's info is actually more at risk for health related issues. this person is not recognizing that they are not talking about anyone but believes this to be somebody they know but they have not fallen for any scam or was conned. this is evident since they are unashamedly sharing news of themselves and believes they are normal, you can tell this by how they write about themselves but with an intention to slander someone but it's actually them who is the problem. this is a core symptom of brain damage - unaware of who they are comparative to another person. gets confused easily, thinks that it is okay to say things that an inappropriate due to mental fog or confusion.

Yes. The sodium intake shit is a meme. Drink water and you'll be fine. Ramen can easily be a top tier meal, especially if you start making your own broth

I fucking love Samyang noodles but they are just outside my threshold when it comes to spice levels. The beginning is nice, but when finishing it is just too much. Even the black bean one, which was supposed to be the least spicy one, hit me hard.

What can I do to make my Samyang ramen less spicy or is there another good Korean ramen alternative to this?
