I finally got lucky on Tinder and an American girl is going to come over to my place on Friday night in a couple of days for dinner. Want to impress her by cooking some American classics. I am not going to text her anymore aside from checking in and confirming because we had a great convo over the last couple of days and I don't want to ruin the momentum I built.
I don't actually know if she's like from the US or Canada, she said she was born in Europe but she's American. I can't ask her because it would ruin the surprise or weird her out.
I'm thinking to make something vaguely resembling any given North American cuisine so that I have the best chance to hit the mark and least chance to offend her. This is my idea so far:
Chicago Pizza
Deep fried Twinkies
KFC Double Down
These are items I've seen in American, Canadian and Mexican restaurants so I know it'll work. But I need more.
What other ideas can I do? If /ck/ helps me smash I will post pics.

First of all, I'm guessing this is bait. Second of all, none of those are good ideas. Who wants to fuck after shoveling down a godawful mountain of fat and grease? Just to indulge you, I'd go for a nice fresh salad, followed up by a light pasta with chicken in a white wine sauce. Maybe a chocolate mousse for dessert.

I've also considered putting on a cowboy hat, bolo tie and US flag-pattern shirt as a sort of funny jab (I've read this works wonders on PUA forums), but I don't think I have the confidence to pull it off

Cook something italian, japanese, chinese, whatever. Something that will actually impress her. Better yet, cook something from were you grew up that she doesn't know
