Why would you do this? SBR's is one of the worst mass produced bbq sauces. It's basically HFCS and brown food coloring. Only Walmart shoppers eat that garbage.

i would classify stubbs as 'hearty'. Way less sweet than sweet baby rays. Nothing wrong with either. An actual BBQ joint near me has two types of BBQ sauce they make - Hot and Sweet. Both are very good, and more liquidy than the emulsified storebought stuff.
