Books rd, specifically. Anybody travelling south on the Hume Highway will be passing it, but they might not know. The first southbound exit after the M7 and M5 converge. The factory will be on your right. If you get to the roundabout you've gone too far. There aren't any factory tours, but there's a storefront which often has cool stuff including discounted reject product.

To continue going south you have to turn right at the roundabout and drive down Williamson rd to rejoin the highway. It's not that huge a detour. The only on-ramp from Brooks rd takes you back to Sydney, so unless that's the direction you want don't make the mistake of trying to go back in the direction you came from.
