depends on the flavor profile. if it's spicy noodles i like chopsticks to spread out the spices but if it's alfredo or tomato heavy dishes i like a fork. i think chopsticks give you longer slirpls and the flavors generally work better and if it's spicy food you dont get a giant mouthful. i am also drunk and eating shitty leftover Japanese noodles with chopsticks so take that how you will.

Also a huge tip is you can use the chopstick as a stabbing implement and not just to pick up noodles, it's useful for bits of chicken or if you need to fight someone.

Yes but in Asian culture you almost always share all the food with family and friends and the food is prepared and cut up to be bite sized so you only need chop sticks and a spoon.
Same with bowls of noddles you don't share it but they cut it all up so you don't need to cut anything.
Also there is a thing we do that some white people seem to have never done before and that's suck marrow out of bones and just use hands to suck meat off all bones not just chicken wings.
