Flour excess yes will take care of that in the future. It came out pretty great, crusty on the outside soft inside as you can see in pic it had lots of hydration.

Also no knead, and i like ugly blob bread.

Alright, baked today some more with the same dough from yesterday, no kneading, no flour excess.

Crust was thinner, finer and crunchier, crumb more bread like, very tasty.
