What are the ultra-rich eating these days?
I don't mean dishes, I mean more broadly than that, and where are they sourcing their food to avoid the dietary hellscape they've sold us.
Whats the king of Monsanto or McDonald's eating? Do they eat organic? Do they have private farms for thier consumption? Do they ever eat out? I don't believe for a second they eat the food thier companies, or subsidiaries produce

The ultra-rich will have a dedicated chef to make the food. They buy from normal grocery stores and from dedicated restaurant food suppliers that primarily make deliveries to restaurants and cafes.
The rich will have the maid cook the food. She will only buy form a normal grocery store.

CEO of McDonald’s eats McDonald’s regularly; same as how the CEO of Southwest travels via his shitty ghetto hoodrat airline all the time.
Just because you irrationally hate McDonald’s doesn’t make it actually bad, same as how I hate Southwest doesn’t make it somehow an unviable means of air travel.

They're still humans, they eat the same things we eat. They can afford more premium ingredients, so perhaps their Lasagna tastes better than the Lasagna us commoners eat, but at the end of the day they're still eating the same foods. It's not like they invented special types of food that only the ultra-rich can eat, unless you're Chinese in which case you're eating whacky shit like Bull Penis and Shark Fin garnished with crushed Rhino horn and served with a side of gourmet Madagascar cockroaches.

I'm not rich, but have lots of family that are.

The very rich (many millions in the bank, owned many businesses, "retired" but still making 7 figures a year) mostly have food made. They have enormous houses with nannies/caretakers that do most of the cooking. The caretakers have a couple dozen meals they make that the family likes, but they obviously make whatever the family, or really the kids, ask for. Not entirely sure where they get the food, but a lot of it is delivered, and stored on site. They have cold rooms and industrial kitchens (they use their massive home to host fundraisers and events hence the hundred+ people capacity kitchen)

The rich (still working, law partners and executives) are pretty normal, Costco and the fancier grocery stores, mostly cook for themselves or their guests. Many of them have subscription services, but not to the cheapie ones. Being bigshots they all have bigshot friends, and they "network" by buying each other expensive things. Crates of decent wine, gift packages which include more expensive butcher services or delivery services. These come and go since they're perks but it means they always have fancier stuff on hand than normal people ever buy for themselves, it also means they're buying them for their friends so it's not like they get it for free.

Whole foods apparently, prices keep poor people away. I think many people think the rich eat gold and saffron all the time, but as the saying goes: you don't get rich by wasting money. They will get proper healthy food, but they are not doing anything special.
