Allergies really really bad
Wake up and immediately cough, run to bathroom and just start washing my face while blowihg my nose and throat.

Now my face hurts for some reason... It just vaguely throbbing. Dull constant discomfort in my sinus accompanied by a swollen numb sensation. I am decommissioned. I am out. Which is bad because ive got some grad school shit ive to do.

What are some foods that help mitigate this
