I actually didn't like Melinda's that much.
I've tried a few Mexican brands and Happy Dogs, but I still prefer Tabasco. I actually enjoy the vinegary taste to it that everyone seems to loathe.

Not one of those hot sauce collector types, but we generally have a bottle or two in the house. Just finished off a bottle of pic related. Not gonna make anyone cry or run around screaming from the heat, but the flavor is really nice. If you are just looking for maximum burn, this isn’t the one.
Son has been using it on egg sandwiches, best thing I did with it was drizzle it over a plate of burnt ends when we made a brisket a couple weeks back.

This brand has been fucking great, the Caribbean one in particular. It's mango/habanero/pineapple. I haven't had the sriracha or picante, just the other three but I kinda want to order them now.
