Probably a number of reasons. Look at the conditions they're working in. Even if they could afford one of those machines, where would they put it? All their workstations are open air huts. That machine would just rust to shit in a week. Not to mention the probably limited availability of electricity, the cost and difficulty of transporting such a machine in a place with horrible infrastructure, etc.
