I can make a pretty dang good French omelet, soft scramble, pretty much anything with with real whole eggs with no issues. But then I go to make something with this for diet reasons and it turns into a watery, chewy mess. I know it's probably supposed to be a bit chewy but it seems like no matter how much or how little I cook it, it always comes out just leaking gallons of water. Anyone able to actually cook a decent scramble with this?

Look man I'm just trying to cut weight. I see videos of people being actually able to cook something that looks like eggs with this so I know it's possible. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Use cheesecloth to strain excess water

Just use real eggs retard, and if those aren't healthy enough eat something different

How are regular eggs not healthy? They are natural, and this egg beaters shit is processed garbage.

it's like 300 vs 50 calories for one average sized egg dish. Egg whites are literally the lowest cal food ever.

Just use real eggs and make less. Eggs are not the reason you are fat.

you've never heard of cutting? This is a common food.
