This is terrible. Best taco is majority meat, with cilantro and diced onions on top, and a sauce of your choosing, all inside two soft corn tortillas. More fresh veggies you like can be added like radish or peppers for example but that’s it. All that extra lettuce, cheese, cream, and avocado detracts from it and is messy.

Venison birria one of the very best things i ever ate and the consume was outrageous
The consume was not that sort you find in most taco shops which is watery to make it last for those 100 customers, instead this stuff was family homestyle just so thick and rich
