Tried the burger king one yesterday and it was aight, didn't realize you have to ASK for tomatoes and lettuce tho so I got jipped

KFC last night, got one spicy one regular. Not bad, big and juicy with nice breading, main issue I had was that it was too salty. At other spots two sandwiches leave me pretty full but these are huge and I had to push myself on the second one

The McChicken really got everything right in terms of seasoning, lettuce to chicken ratio, and bun quality relative to it's price.

OPs image isn't really helpful when it doesn't include the price of the sandwich too, as that's a relevant data point when you're comparing places to eat. A sandwich that tastes 10% better probably isn't worth it if it costs 100% more than the McChicken.

Why? Only 4 of the sandwiches have more protein, so CFA has one of the bigger chicken patties. Then it has the least carbs, and it looks like it too in the picture (small bun). The breading on the patty is also quite thin, so not as much oil is going to be absorbed, so that explains the much lower fat content. Chicken sandwiches don't have to be 600kcal+.
