This depends on where you live. I grew up in an upper-middle class suburb of NYC, there are very few fat people in this area because people are better educated in regards to health. Go to fucking some parts of CT, Possum's Ridge Arkansas or Texas where everyone is broke, they're all fat because their public schools can barely afford textbooks let alone Home Ec and Health classes.
