Destination restaurants you've been to?

Fellow PA bro?
Shady maples is great. Love the big ass store below the actual buffet. Lots of cool shit

I've been to shady maple and browsed the shops, but never ate at the smorgasbord. To be honest, everyone eating there or waiting in line looked like they already had one foot in the grave.

The supermarket they have there is awesome. I got a bunch of smoked meat and baked goods for really good prices.

the market is good but by the time I'm done eating there I hardly feel like walking around anywhere

That's probably why a good 50% of the population eating there were in motorized wheelchairs, lol

i remember going to some restaurant around Mobile probably 25 years ago where they brought out cornbread in a cast iron pan and flipped it at the table.
Some waiter flipped his into the ceiling fan and it exploded all over some patrons.

Been to Emeril's in New Orleans 6 months after Katrina. Emeril was actually there checking food before it was going out. Had the braised hare. Decent. I felt for the guy because you could tell he was really trying to keep the food scene going after all the white flight that happened.

Been here. Got a free ride in a limo with longhorns on the front, had Rocky Mountain Oysters, and a thick steak. Was overall a wonderful experience and would go back for the 72oz steak.

went to this apple themed restaurant in the Gatlinburg area of tennessee, no idea why my friends wanted to go. it was incredibly depressing, seemed to have been barely updated since the 90s but not in a good way, the waiter was some middle aged sad dude, and the food was not remarkable, just apples in everything. it was weird.
