Its hyper processed unsatisfying shit, so I would eat the whole pint. Which was closer to 400kcal.
Meanwhile I would eat 150kcal of regular ice cream and be satisfied.

Banana "ice cream" is actually just frozen bananas crushed up and nothing else.
Although there are ice creams with artificial banana flavor. I like both so that detail doesn't matter as much as the flavor differences.
