You can move from the freezer to the fridge the night before you cook it. Park it on a tray or plate to catch any thawing moisture and juices that you wouldn't want in your fridge.

Most of the time, any meat I put in the freezer is sealed flat in ziplocs first, so it's an even thickness for thawing in my microwave. My very large/higher quality microwave has a turntable and predictable defrost setting. Again, lay down a plate for juices, and I'll defrost in the ziploc on the Defrost button, putting in 1.5 for like 1.5 lbs, and it never even browns an edge. It comes out unfrozen, yet cool and firm, no precooking. I've had other microwaves not as good, so that might matter.

Had some cheap pork chops in frieze, and on hot pan. No luck. Eventually just seared the hell outta it. Barely edible, but edible.

Braise is the answer. Pork can get tough from freezing. But, pork can also get tough when cooked over too high a heat. So, lightly brown it both sides, not "sear" but just a browning, then add liquid to the pan to deglaze and then more to braise, cover and simmer over low til fall apart tender. Whatever moisture you use, from a can of tomatoes, to cream to moist onion slices to beer to coffee, to water, to wine, just keep the meat moist about 1/2 up the sides. Time will tenderize it. It will be as good as it gets based on how long it was frozen, and properly wrapped while frozen. Marinades like buttermilk or yogurt can help a bit of the tenderizing, to a degree.

just put it in a bag put something heavy to weigh it down then fill up your sink with lukewarm water let it sit for around 30-40 minutes it should be defrosted by then.

I take a frozen chunk of meat and just leave it on the counter for a couple hours. Then I put it in the fridge. If I do this in th morning, the meat will be fine by evening.

I just put my steak straight from the freezer in the pan, good sear on both sides, prepare a pan sauce, cover it in the sauce and put it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes or so at 350°. More fool proof than doing it from fresh in my experience.
For everything else I just move it to the fridge 24 hours before.
