I prefer the Kokumaro "spicy" curry. Torokeru is alright, too, but Kokumaro just has something extra that I can't put my finger on. Spicy Java curry is just hot - there's no curry flavor left to it. Vermont is too sweet. Golden is fine if you can't get your hands on Kokumaro.

You can make a really high class meal by just including a chicken burger. Make sure to cook the curry without any pieces of meat in it as they're quite difficult to cook properly. Again, you're better off just buying some cheap prebreaded cutlets.

I don't know why the other Anon doesn't want soybean oil, but he's right. Besides the oestrogens, soybean is GMO and from a seed just like Rapeseed oil and causes inflammation.
Anything called "vegetable oil" isn't from vegetables, it's from seeds or beans (peanut) and they're all generally bad compared to others. There are about 3 good non-animal fats and thats Avocado, Coconut and Olive oil, honourable mention Algae oil. Anything cold pressed is ok.
>inb4 everything in moderation
That's particularly why soy is so bad, it is ubiquitous and found in a lot of processed foods were it shouldn't be simply because it's cheap and subsidised. If one was only consuming soy in moderation then it wouldn't be a problem the problem is, that it is in fact everywhere.
