One thing I don't like about him is that he says he wants to focus on accessibility for home cooks and then sometimes just throws weird flexes into his videos for no reason. He made a video of Detroit style pizza, specifically focusing on how it's the easiest style of pizza to recreate at home and how accessible it is, then he cooks it in some overpriced fucking countertop dedicated pizza oven thing and just completely glosses over how to cook it in a regular oven. Joshua Weissman is an unberable little prick, the only way to correctly watch his videos is just muting them and playing some music in the background. He is very talented though, but he's insufferable with his "gags"
ethan is superior to both of them. He doesn't rely on bullshit videos like adam with his microscope or shitty research videos or joshua with his prime time tv style gimmick videos
His videos are 100% home cooking. that's all. this is a fact, you can't really argue against it.
And out of the 3, adam and joshua really tend to put emphasis on showmanship which to some people may be more appealing, but desu, I find it tedious, and I prefer someone with a more "bland" personality on camera like ethan who actually relies on his cooking and research
