It’s only normie tier because it’s so popular and easy. Anyone can “cook” a steak. Then, there’s perfecting it. This makes it easy for men of all strides to discuss and reminisce about steaks: their best one, their favorite one, their first one, etc etc.

However, the people on this board who autistically argue over the “perfect steak” are proof that even normie groups have subcategories of autistic freaks. It’s kind of like pasta, bread, or any other food that’s existed for a long time but maintained popularity. There’s tons of normies that can make a passable version, and they love to talk about it with all their friends, but there’s the top echelon of autistic cooks who are truly dedicated to their art.
