On my way to getting stuff for some lentil stew. Lentils, onion, beef stock, potatoes and smoked sausages. Basic as fuck but it tastes amazing.

I made pulled pork with some homemade bbq sauce.
When I took the pork out the bone crumbled and the liquid gelled perfectly. Any suggestions on what to do with the half a quart I have left? I was thinking gravy with some chicken broth to make for mashed potatoes in a few days
