If you were my neighbor I wouldn't mind. As long as you harvest reasonably and don't kill my herbs, you can take whatever you need.

This is why I never eat food other people have prepared themselves. You never know what kind of horrible poisons they have put it in through their sheer incompetency.

My grandmother didn't spend 15+ years cultivating her herb garden for it to be passed down to me and have me hoard it's bounty.

what's wrong with that? You should always wash every ingredient before preparation, unless you're gonna peel the outer layer like with potatoes and onions

>wash every ingredient
Are you sure about that? I thought you only needed to wash fresh produce. Why wash meat when cooking meat kills the potentially harmful shit?

>> No.15747183

>>15747096
This is bait, but the problem with washing meat is that you splash bacteria into the air and all over your sink, counter, and potentially other food items. You should pat the chicken dry with paper towels so they can be directly thrown into the garbage with less risk of cross contamination, then the cooking will kill any harmful bacteria that remains.

Washing would just get the fecal particles deeper within the meat crevices. You don't pick up your dog's shit from the park and expect just water to do it. In addition, it splashes those aforementioned fecal particles around your sink/hands/clothing/countertops/cabinets. I suspect you have no idea what you're talking about.

>He doesnt brine his chicken
Also chicken skin has a tendecy to develop a thin film of slim and that shit is nasty. Just a quick rinse does the job.
