What are the ramifications of only eating breakfast foods for every meal? It’s so cheap I eat about 40 eggs per week

Some of the old time ranchers around think that calf fries with eggs or calf fries with gravy and biscuits make a really fine meal whether it be breakfast, lunch, or supper.

Eggs have a tendency to make me feel bloated. I used to eat eggs before training but the heavy lifts would always make me feel like I was gonna throw up. Not so without eggs.

Several years ago at some kind of Country Revival meeting on a nearby ranch they would serve calf fries to the many people who show up.

One of my brothers was sitting there where they were cooking and a friend of mine I grew up with walked up to him and asked him if he had any calf fries yet.

My brother reached over and picked up one that hadn't been cooked yet, put it in his mouth, and chewed it up.

The friend of mine just walked away shaking his head.

FWIW, my brother said that he would never do that again.

While I wouldn't think of cooking pork chops and gravy for breakfast, I sure wouldn't turn it down if offered.

I have had chicken fried steak with gravy along with my eggs before. And steak fingers with gravy along with my eggs on many occasions.
