/ck/ tricked me into buying this. It’s tasty but what the fuck do I do with it apart from put it on pasta?

It will probably get thrown away half used like most of the oversized things I buy at Costco.

Pesto freezes really well. Divide it into smaller containers then thaw as you need it.

This, if you have some Ziploc bags then it works well to put freeze some flattened out, then you can break off chunks to use as needed.

The freezer is full to the brim with fucking Costco croissants and bagels my wife bought but maybe I can squeeze it in.

So essentially it’s good with any meat? Not overpowering?

pesto and turkey sandwiches are good and easy to make too. Hell, just plain pesto sandwiches are alright.

put it on a plate with whole milk mozzrella, tomatoes, and drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Have with bread, doesn't need meat.

Not fat at all. The freezer and house in general will be full of giant Costco shit for the next three or four months. It’s a pain.
